三轴标定台解耦设计与研究

         

摘要

三轴标定台的设计中,解耦结构的设计一直是难点,根据现阶段解耦方法存在的不足,提出了一种新的解耦方法,在3个方向上安装磁力预压式空气轴承,利用永磁铁和导轨间相互吸引产生预压力,实现机构的往复运动,空气轴承形成气浮支撑,实现无摩擦运动。该设计简化了结构,减小了系统的质量,有利于安装和零件更换,通过ADAMS运动仿真证明了结构的解耦性,通过ANSYS分析证明了设计的合理性,达到了设计要求。%In the design of the three axis calibration table, the design of the decoupling structure is always a difficult problem.According to the problems existing in the current decoupling method,a new method of decoupling was proposed.In three directions,magnetically preloaded air bearings were installed,and pre pressure was formed by the attraction of permanent magnets and rail,thus realizing the reciprocating motion.Air bearing forms gas floating support,thus achieving frictionless movement.The design simplifies the structure and reduces the quality of the system.It is convenient for installation and parts replacement.Through the movement of ADAMS simulationand ANSYS analysis,design rationality is proved,thus reaching the design requirements.
