A remote monitor and control system for sludge dewatering was designed based on broadwin WebAccess. The process of sludge dewatering and the overall structure of the remote monitor and control system were described. In order to achieve data acquisition and processing, WebAccess was used to communicate with the input/output module of the control system,flow meter, densitometer and frequency converter. The design of monitoring interface and management was finished via the development of monitor node and configuring the database. The test result shows that the system which runs stably can monitor the process of sludge dewatering reliably.%采用网际组态软件WebAccess设计了污泥脱水的本地及远程监控系统.阐述了污泥脱水的工艺流程及监控系统的整体结构.利用WebAccess与输入输出模块、电磁流量计、浓度计以及变频器之间的通信,实现了现场数据的采集与处理.通过对监控节点开发以及数据库配置,完成了监控系统界面的设计和管理.经过测试表明:该系统运行稳定,能够可靠地监控整个污泥脱水过程.
