目的::比较不同视网膜周边部屈光不正测量方法的可重复性和一致性。方法:检查者分别使用带状检影镜、Shin-Nippon K5001电脑验光仪和Aberrometor( COAS)像差仪测量28位受试者的中央及周边屈光度。结果:等效球镜度“M”的测量值在COAS像差仪和电脑验光仪上的可重复性良好(平均差异均≤±0.10D),但检影验光的可重复性较差;电脑验光仪和COAS像差仪的测量值之间有良好的一致性。结论:COAS像差仪和Shin-Nippon K5001电脑验光仪均可作为视网膜中央区和周边部屈光不正测量工具使用。%AlM: To compare the repeatability and agreement between different instruments on peripheral retina refractive error measurement.METHODS: Streak retinoscopy, Shin- Nippon K5001 Auto-refractor and Aberrometor ( COAS ) were used to measure 28 participants′central and peripheral retinal field refractive errors. RESULTS: Spherical equivalent value ( M ) were repeatable on Aberrometor and Shin-Nippon K5001 Auto-refractor ( mean difference ≤ ± 0. 10D ), with poor repeatability on streak retinoscopy. There were good agreement between Aberrometor and Shin-Nippon K5001 Auto-refractor measurements.CONCLUSlON: Aberrometor and Shin-Nippon K5001 Auto-refractor both are valid tools for the central and peripheral refractive error measurement.
