鼻咽癌常见于我国华南地区，属头颈部恶性肿瘤，放射治疗为其主要的治疗方法。该病若不及时治疗或治疗不彻底易导致局部复发和远处转移。MR扩散加权成像通过测量ADC值对病变进行定量分析，从而准确诊断鼻咽癌微小病变，评价放疗早期疗效及观察预后。就扩散加权成像在鼻咽癌诊断及治疗中的应用予以综述。%Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a kind of common head and neck malignant tumors in the south of China. The main therapy is radiotherapy. It’s easy to recurrent and metastasize and impacts greatly on the prognosis if no proper treatment were applied. Diffusion-weighted of MR imaging (DW-MRI) could detect tiny lesions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) effectively, evaluate the efficiency of radiotherapy, and predict prognosis by quantitatively measuring the ADC values of lesions. In this review, DW-MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were summarized.
