Mitochondrionisan eukaryotic organelle that generatesmore than 90%of the energy in the cell by oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS). Mitochondrial dysfunction is an important pathophysiological mechanism for many common disorders, associated with impairing of OXPHOS and increasing reactive oxidative species (ROS) production. In this review we will discuss production of ROS caused by mitochondrion, affected factors and multiple effects on the tissue and cells.%线粒体是重要的真核细胞的细胞器,通过氧化磷酸化为细胞提供90%以上能量。
