Autism is a psychological development disorder that starts from infancy. Autistic patients exhibit impaired social and communication abilities, limited interests, and stereotyped repetitive behavior. These patients have difficulties with self-care and cooperation during dental treatment, which are challenging for dentists. Familiarization with the oral characteristics of autistic patients will lead to better dental treatment results. This review investigates the oral diseases in autistic patients. These diseases include caries, factitial oral lesions, orofacial pain, and periodontal diseases. Intervention measures, such as oral hygiene instruction and dental treatment, were also examined.%自闭症是发病于婴幼儿时期的心理发育障碍性疾病，以社会交往障碍、交流障碍、活动内容和兴趣的局限及刻板重复的行为方式为基本特征。自闭症患者的自我口腔保健能力差，在口腔治疗中合作程度低，这对口腔医务工作者来说是很大的挑战。熟悉自闭症患者的口腔情况特点，将有助于达到更好的治疗效果。本文通过综述，报道自闭症患者的口腔疾病情况，如龋病、自伤行为与口面痛、牙周病等，以及如何对自闭症患者进行口腔干预，如口腔卫生指导与口腔治疗。
