目的 探讨社区责任制护理在管理糖尿病患者中的效果.方法 选取2011年4月至2012年4月在本院进行治疗的糖尿病患者170例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各85例,观察组患者给予社区责任制护理,对照组给予常规糖尿病护理,1年后对两组患者血糖控制率、疾病认知度、并发症的发生率进行比较.结果 实施社区责任制护理后,观察组的主要生化指标明显优于对照组;卫生知识知晓率、健康行为形成率亦优于对照组;新增并发症率及致残率明显降低(P＜0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 对糖尿病患者实施社区责任制护理能够取得理想的效果,有助于患者改善生化指标、提高卫生知识知晓率和健康行为形成率、降低并发症率和致残率,值得社区推广.%Objective To explore the effect of community primary nursing in the management of patients with diabetics.Methods 170 patients with diabetics treated at our hospital from April,2011 to April,2012 were selected and then were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,85 cases for each group.The observation group receiced community primary nursing,and the control group conventional diabetes care.1 year from then,the blood glucose-controlled rate,the disease awareness rate,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of community primary nursing,the biochemical indicators,the health awareness rate,and the health behavior formation rate were significantly better and the incidence of new complications and disability rate were much lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions Community primary nursing for patients with diabetics is effective,helpful for improving the patients' biochemical indicators,increases their health awareness rate and health behavior formation rate,and reducing the incidence of new complications and disability rate,and worth being popularized in community.
