目的 设计适用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者的自我管理量表.方法 通过查阅文献及专家评定的方法设计糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我管理量表,并随机对104例糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行调查,于2周后随机抽取其中的30例患者进行重测,检验量表的信度和效度.结果 量表的总体Cronrbach's a系数、重测信度及专家对量表总体评定的内容指数分别为0.9016、0.897和0.901,各维度与总体的相关系数为0.682 ～ 0.876,累积贡献率为50.214％.结论 糖尿病视网膜病变患者自我管理量表具有良好的信度与效度,可以作为评价糖尿病视网膜病变病人自我管理行为的有效工具,同时也为医务人员有针对性地对糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行自我管理干预提供依据.%Objective To design self management scale for patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Designed self management scale for patients with diabetic retinopathy through consulting literature and experts.104 cases of diabetic retinopathy were investigated,in whom 30 cases were retested after 2 weeks to investigate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The overall Cronrbach's a factor of the scale was 0.9016,the test-retest reliability was 0.897,an expert on the overall assessment of the scale of the content index was 0.901,the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the overall ranged from 0.682 to 0.876,the cumulative contribution rate was 50.214％.Conclusions Self-management scale for patients with diabetic retinopathy has good reliability and validity,which can be an effective tool to evaluate self-management behavior of diabetic retinopathy patients,provide a reference for targeted selfmanagement intervention on patients with diabetic retinopathy of medical personnel.
