目的 分析格林(PRECEDE)模式建立城市社区、家庭联动慢性病防治网络的方法和效果.方法 2012年3月至2013年7月实验阶段使用格林模式构建城市社区、家庭联动慢性病药物防治网络,随机抽取慢性病患者100例为实验组,选择常规社区管理下100名慢性病患者为对照组,比较两组患者生活质量.结果 GQOL-74显示实验组患者的生活质量各个维度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 使用PRECEDE模式建立联动慢性病药物防治网络可以提高患者生活质量.%Objective To analyze the methods and effects of Green (PRECEDE) model building urban communities and families network linkage for chronic disease prevention.Methods From March 2012 to July 2013 the experimental model was built using the green city community,family networks linked with chronic drug therapy,100 patients with chronic extracted as the experimental group,we selected the next regular community management 100 chronic patients in the control group,comparing the quality of life of patients.Results GQOL-74 displayed quality of life of patients with various dimensions of the experimental group higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Using Green (PRECEDE) model to establish a network linked with chronic drug therapy can improve the patients' quality of life.
