Objective To exploe the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc herniation.Methods The clinical data on 59 patients who had received surgical treatment for postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Three different procedures were performed on the patients based on the different causes of recurrence.The clinical efficacy was assessed by the revised Macnab criteria,Oswestry Disability Index ( ODI ), and radiographic findings.Results All of the three procedures received a satisfied success rate; the rate was 78.26％ for the group of intervertebral disk enucleation,85.00％ for the group of PLF,and 81.25％ for the group of PLIF.ODI scores were obviously lowered three monthes after surgery and at the latest follow-up after surgery,as compared with the baselines ( P＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Resonable selection of surgical procedures can achieve ideal clinical efficacy based on the conditions in patients with postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc herniation.%目的 分析腰椎间盘突出症术后复发的手术治疗的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院59例行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症术后复发患者的临床资料.根据患者病因采用3种不同手术方法治疗,术后应用改良Macnab疗效评定标准、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和影像学检查对手术治疗的临床疗效进行评价.结果 3种手术治疗方法均取得了满意的优良率:椎间盘摘除术组为78.26％,PLF组为85.00％,PLIF组为81.25％;术后3个月及末次随访ODI评分较术前ODI评分明显降低,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 根据腰椎间盘突出症术后复发患者的情况合理选择手术治疗方法均能取得较好的临床疗效.
