目的 探讨16层螺旋CT三维重组技术在骨关节外伤中的临床应用价值.方法 126例骨关节外伤患者行16层螺旋CT扫描,应用容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)两项后处理技术进行重建,同时与DR平片进行对比分析.结果 平片难以显示的骨折,三维CT成像均能显示清晰,X线平片诊断各部位骨折的总漏诊、误诊率达46.8%; MPR及VR三维重建图像能更清晰显示骨折的细节,同时能更清晰地显示骨折的空间立体关系.结论 16层螺旋CT 三维重组技术对外伤性骨折的诊断具绝对优势,能弥补平片的不足,减少漏诊、误诊率,并能为临床提供更丰富的影像学信息.%Objective To study and assess the clinical application value of 16-slices spiral CT with 3D reconstruction for diagnosing bone and joint trauma.Methods 126 patients with bone and joint trauma were examined with 16-slice spiral CT.The volume rendering (VR) and multiple planner reconstruction (MPR) were used after treatment technology for reconstruction,and compared with digital radiography.Results For some X-ray plain films which are difficult for determining the fracture,the 3D CT can clear display,X-ray diagnosis of fractures of the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate reaches to 46.8%; MPR and VR 3D reconstruction images can clearly show the details of fracture,and can more clearly show a fracture of the spatial relationship.Conclusions 16-slices spiral CT with 3D reconstruction in diagnosis of traumatic fractures has the absolute advantage,can make up for the lack of X-ray plain film,decrease the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and provide more extensive image information for clinic.
