Objective To explore the clinical application and efficacy of for comminuted distal radius,providing the basis for clinical therapy.Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of unstable distal radius fracture undergoing external fixation combined with plate fixation were analyzed retrospectively,from January 2009 to august 2010.These data was analyzed to determine the clinical efficacy of this method.Results All of the patients were followed up for 5 ～ 16 months (average at 10 months).Except for two cases not taking the doctor's advices,the rest had gotten the satisfied treatment effects from the x-ray,and the average healing time was 9 weeks.All cases did not appear to infection,injury ossification,nonunion,plate loosening,carpal tunnel syndrome,avascular necrosis and other complications.Conclusion External fixation combined with plate fixation therapy comminuted distal radius has good clinical efficiency and fewer complications,so it is worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨钢板内固定结合外固定支架在治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折中的临床应用及其疗效.方法 对2009年1月至2010年8月收治的32例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折使用钢板内固定结合外固定支架治疗,通过对治疗效果评估及后续康复情况随访分析,以判断该方法的临床疗效.结果 对本组32例患者均进行为期5～16个月(平均10个月)随访,此期间仅2例患者未遵医嘱进行相应的康复治疗.X线显示32例骨折全部一期愈合,平均愈合时间为9周,2例未进行康复治疗患者骨折愈合效果不及其余30例.所有病例未出现感染、损伤性骨化、骨不连、钢板、腕管综合征、缺血性骨坏死等并发症.结论 钢板内固定结合外固定支架在治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折可获得满意的临床疗效,值得临床推广.
