目的 探讨综合性的护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者依从性和心功能的影响.方法 按就诊时间选取在我院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者64例分为观察组和对照组.对照组(29例)进行常规护理;观察组(35例)在常规护理的基础上增加综合干预措施.随访6个月后对比和评价两组患者依从性和心功能的改变.结果 观察组依从性为82.9％,与对照组的44.8％相比差异有显著性,P＜0.05.另外,6min步行试验结果观察组可达(554±42)m,左室射血分数恢复至(66±0.03),对照组两项数据为(453±34)m和(45±0.03),差异有显著性,P＜ 0.05.结论 综合性的护理干预能显著提高慢性心力衰竭患者依从性和心功能,提高预后生活质量.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance and cardiac function in the treatment for patients with chronic heart failure.Methods We orderly selected 64 cases of chronic heart failure treated in our hospital and divided into observation group and control group.The control group (n =29)was treated by conventional nursing on the basis of conventional nursing,observation group (n =35) was added comprehensive intervention.After 6 months of follow up,we compared and evaluated two groups with changes in compliance and cardiac function.Results Compliance of observation group was 82.9％,compared with the control group(44.8％),there was significant difference,P＜0.05.6 minutes of walking records of the observation group was up to (554 + 42) meters,and left ventricular ejection fraction recovered to (66 + 3)％,those in control group were (453 + 34) meters and (45+7)％,with significant difference,P＜0.05.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,with quality of life improved.
