目的 探讨快速多酶清洗液在手术器械清洗中的效果.方法 搜集手术器械360件,均为沾染明显血迹的器械,并随机分为两组进行清洗,每组各180件,对照组给予常规清洗,观察组先用常规方法清洗,再加用快速多酶清洗液清洗,清洗干净后比较两组的清洗效果及隐血阳性率.结果 观察组的洁净度为95％,隐血阳性率为5.56％,对照组的洁净度为50,56％,隐血阳性率为49.44％,两组各项指标相比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 快速多酶清洗液用于手术器械清洗中,不但具有洁净彻底,隐血阳性率低等优点,而且操作简便,器械耗损小,延长使用寿命.%Objective To discuss the effect of the fast multi-enzyme cleaning solution for surgical operating instrument cleaning.Methods 360 surgical operating instruments were collected,they were all tainted by the blood,and were randomly divided into two groups to clean,180 for each group,the control group was given the general cleaning,and the observation group was given the fast multi-enzyme cleaning solution on the basis of the general cleaning,and then we compared the clean effects and occult blood positive rate of the two groups.Results The merit rating of the observation group was 95％,the occult blood positive rate was 5.56％,and the merit rating of the control group was 50.56％,the occult blood positive rate was 49.44％,there was different statistical significance between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions The fast multi-enzyme cleaning solution is used for the surgical operating instrument cleaning,it not only can clean downright,reduce occult blood positive rate,but also has features of easy operation and less operating instrument loss,and increase of service life.
