Objective The study the efficacy and safety of after-cataract by manual capsulorhexis treatment. Methods The study was designed to review the eyesight change and complications of I37 cases (158 eyes) of after-cataract treated by manual capsulorhexis. The follow-up time is from 3-6 months. Results Among the 158 eyes, 150 received an eyesight improvement (95%), 8 eyes remained unchanged (5%), 0 cases appeared with postoperative complications including endophthalmitis, secondary glaucoma, dislocated iol et.al. Conclusion With significant efficacy and less complication, manual capsulorhexis is of great value in promotion and application in treating after-cataract among primary hospitals.%目的 探讨手法撕囊治疗后发性白内障的疗效及安全性.方法 对132例(158眼)后发性白内障患者进行手法撕囊.观察治疗前后的视力变化及并发症等,术后随访时间3～6个月.结果 158眼中,视力提高的有150眼,占95%,视力不提高的有8眼,占5%,未出现眼内炎、继发性青光眼、人工晶体脱位等并发症.结论 手法撕囊治疗后发性白内障的疗效明显,并发症少,值得基层医院推广应用.
