目的 探讨β细胞功能与胰岛素敏感性对GDM产后半年转归的影响.方法 选择妊娠24～28周的孕妇,行50g葡萄糖筛查试验.如口服葡萄糖后1小时血糖≥7.8mmol/L,则行75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)及胰岛素释放试验(IRT),诊断为GDM的孕妇在产后6个月再行OGTT及IRT,了解其是否有糖尿病的复发及胰岛素抵抗.结果 产后6个月未发生糖尿病者,仍存在胰岛素抵抗可能.结论 GDM在产后6个月仍存在胰岛素抵抗,有可能是以后发生糖尿病的信号,应进行早期干预,防止GDM进展为真性糖尿病和延缓慢性并发症.%Objective To evaluate the clinical value of β cell function and insulin sensibility with gestational diabetes mellitus and outcome after delivery for half a year.Methods OGTT and insulin release test were conducted in 47 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus and outcome after delivery for half a year. Results Insulin resistance is maybe in outcome after delivery for half a year. Conclusions Insulin resistance is maybe in outcome after delivery for half a year, The relationship between Insulin resistance and outcome after delivery for half a year can be regarded diabetes.
