目的 探讨参附注射液对脑心综合征患者ST段和心律失常的影响.方法 将50例脑心综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组(C组)和参附辅助治疗组(SF组),每组25例.SF组于病人入院确诊后辅助静脉注射参附注射液10ml/d进行治疗,共7天.观察两组病人治疗后心电图ST段的变化和心律失常发生情况.结果 SF组病人的心电图ST段的变化和心律失常发生率明显低于C组(P＜0.01).结论 参附注射液能有效改善脑心综合征患者的ST段变化和降低心律失常的发生率.%Objective To observe the effect of shenfu on ST segment and cardiac arrhythmia of the electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome. Methods 50 cases of cerebral cardiac syndrome patients were randomized into two groups, namely con-trolled group(C group) and shenfu treatment group(SF group),each consisting of 25 patients.Shenfu injection (10 ml/d) were administrated 7 days after patients were charged. The changes of ST segment and the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia were monitored during treatment.Results The changes of ST segment and the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia in SF group were signifieandy less than that in C group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shenfu injection has protec-tive effect on electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome
