A device making it possible to avoid transmission of disease contagious with the extraction of the end of the polluted air of the patient, however, for a person in a bed to the side of a patient on therapy with respiratory assistance for sleep apnoea and to avoid this patient ulceration of the cornea of the eyes. The device is constituted by a tight mask (1) in operation, it is fitted on the mask (1) an interface (2) and to rotate in both directions with two interlockings (3 and 4) in order to fix two sleeves (5 and 6) for connecting the flexible hose (7) in order to make the circuit of the air inlet of the respiratory assistance, and to connect the flexible hose (8) in order to make the second sealed circuit for the extraction of the polluted air to be removed as far as possible of the bed or to the outside of the part. The present invention is a device which makes it possible to avoid ulceration of the cornea of the eyes and contagious diseases for the person to the side of the patient.
