Objective To evaluate the significance of biopsy through percutaneous puncture by Double C Arm DSA to diagnose the pathological changes of vertebra. Methods Thirty-six patients with Pathological changes of the vertebra from July 2005 to June 2008 were performed Biopsy through Percutaneous puncture by Double C Arm DSA. Results Among the 36 cases, the diagnose rate is 100%. Three cases are diagnosed to have the subsequent hematoma beside the vertebra, taking up8.3% of all cases. Four cases are diagnosed to have pneumothorax,taking up 11.1% of all cases. Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosing by Biopsy through Percutaneous puncture by Double C Arm DSA is very satisfying. It is simple to operate without too many complications. It is of great significance in diagnosing the pathological changes of the vertebra.%目的 评价双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检术诊断脊椎病变的价值.方法 选取我院2005年7月至2008年6月间住院病人36例,在双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检.结果 36例行双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检患者中,确诊率100%,并发椎旁血肿3例(占8.3%),气胸4例(占11.1%).结论 双C臂DSA引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检定位准确,操作较简单,并发症少,在诊断脊椎病变中具有重要的临床价值.
