Objective To analyze the effects of personalized time nursing on rehabilitation and neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing craniotomy. Methods A total of 54 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing craniotomy received traditional nursing intervention in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 (control group); a total of 54 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing craniotomy received personalized time nursing in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 (study group). The rehabilitation indicators before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. The quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention was assessed by the SF-36 scale. Results After the intervention, the neurological deficit score, intracranial pressure, and Glasgow coma score in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the scores of daily living ability were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After the intervention, the score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The personalized time care model is suitable for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by craniotomy, which can promote the recovery of patients' condition and improve nerve function.%目的 分析高血压脑出血开颅手术患者引入个性化时间照护对其病情康复和神经功能的影响.方法 54例行开颅手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者于2016年4月至2017年3月被本院收诊,予以传统护理干预(对照组);54例行开颅手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者于2017年4月至2018年3月被本院收诊,予以个性化时间照护干预(研究组).比较两组患者在干预前和干预后1个月末的康复指标;利用SF-36量表对两组患者干预前后的生活质量进行测评.结果 研究组干预后的神经功能缺损评分、颅内压、格拉斯哥昏迷评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组干预后的各维度生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 个性化时间照护模式应用于行开颅手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者,能促进患者病情康复,且能改善神经功能.
