Objective To screen out the main active site antitumor, comparing antitumor activity of different polarity organic reagent extractions of inonotus obliquus. Methods By using the system solvent method to gradient extraction sequence of inonotus obliquus,respectively get petroleum ether layer, chloroform layer, ethyl acetate layer, n-butyl alcohol layer, 70% alcohol layer, water layer and seven different polar parts such as coarse polysaccharide. As determined by MTT method to investigate inhibition of the polar parts of inonotus obliquus for liver cancer cells, lung cancer cells and inhibition of breast cancer cells. Results 7 kinds of extracts of inonotus obliquus all can inhibit cancer cell growth of concentration dependence. At the same time the chloroform layer have higher inhibition rate of the cancer cells. Conclusion Chloroform layer is the main antitumor activity of inonotus obliquus, which has high antitumor activity.%目的 比较桦褐孔菌不同极性有机试剂提取物的抗肿瘤活性,从中筛选出抗肿瘤的主要活性部位.方法 采用系统溶剂法对桦褐孔菌依次进行梯度提取,分别得到石油醚层、氯仿层、乙酸乙酯层、正丁醇层、70%乙醇层、水层和粗多糖等7个不同极性部位,以MTT法考察桦褐孔菌各极性部位对肝癌细胞、肺癌细胞及乳腺癌细胞的抑制作用.结果 7种桦褐孔菌提取物均能浓度依赖性的抑制癌细胞生长,且氯仿层对癌细胞的抑制率最高.结论 氯仿层是桦褐孔菌的主要抗肿瘤活性部位,具有较高的抗肿瘤活性.
