Objective To study the effect of Tongbian Yurong Pill under different traditional Chinese medicine technologies on defecation of mouse model of constipation.Methods 80 cases of male ICR mice weighted 18~22g and provided by medicine experimental animal center of Xi'an Jiaotong University were purchased, the mouse model of constipation was established, water content of large intestine and 5-HT of constipation mice were determined, the influences ofTongbian Yurong pill under different traditional Chinese medicine technologies in water content of large intestine and 5-HT were statistically analyzed.Results Water content of large intestine of the normal group, powder group, alcohol group, volatile group, volatile oil group, alcohol group, water extraction group were significantly higher than the model group (P<0.05), and water content of large intestine of the ethanol extraction group, water extraction group was significantly higher than the normal group, powder group, alcohol group, volatile oil group, Maren group (P<0.05); The 5-HT contents of the normal group, volatile oil group, alcohol group were significantly higher than the model group (P<0.05), but the differences of the 5-HT contents between the model group, volatile group, alcohol powder group, Maren group were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Water extraction and alcohol extraction of Tongbian Yurong pill can effectively improve water content of large intestine and 5-HT of constipation mice, which can effectively promote the intestinal peristalsis of mice, and provide scientific basis for better treatment of constipation.%目的 研究不同中医制剂工艺的通便玉蓉丸对小鼠便秘模型的通便效应.方法 购买西安交通大学医学院实验动物中心提供的80只体质量在18~22 g的雄性清洁级ICR小鼠,建立小鼠便秘模型,测定便秘小鼠的大肠水分及小鼠肠组织中5-HT含量,对不同中医制剂工艺的通便玉蓉丸对小鼠大肠水分含量、5-HT含量的影响进行统计分析.结果 正常组、粉末组、醇挥组、挥发油组、醇提组、水提组、麻仁组小鼠的大肠水分含量均显著高于模型组(P<0.05),而醇提组、水提组小鼠的大肠水分含量又显著高于正常组、粉末组、醇挥组、挥发油组、麻仁组(P<0.05);正常组、挥发油组、醇提组、水提组小鼠的5-HT含量均显著高于模型组(P<0.05),但模型组、粉末组、醇挥组、麻仁组小鼠的5-HT含量之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05).结论 水提、醇提的通便玉蓉丸更能有效提升小鼠的大肠水分含量及5-HT含量,从而有效促进小鼠肠蠕动,为对便秘进行更好的治疗提供科学依据.
