结合慢性萎缩性胃炎病程中始终存在的血瘀病机及其所致的宏观表现及微观改变，从三棱、莪术与该病相关的传统功效、现代药理作用及临床配伍应用方面，阐述二药于慢性萎缩性胃炎应用的合理性。临床中把握好慢性萎缩性胃炎血瘀病机，合理配伍使用三棱、莪术，常获良效。但同时也需加强相应的实验机理研究，以更好地指导临床。%Combined pathogenesis of blood stasis always exists in the course of CAG with macroscopic and micro-scopic changes caused by it,we expound the two Chinese medicine’s rationality used in CAG from traditional effica-cy,modern pharmacological effects and clinical application compatible related to CAG. Grasping pathogenesis of blood stasis and using the two medicines reasonably on CAG often have good effect. It is worthy of making further study on putting sparganium stoloniferum and curcuma phaeocaulis applied to the treatment of CAG in clinic,but it also needs to strengthen experimental mechanism research accordingly in order to make better clinical guidance.
