目的：观察雾化吸入同时加用中药穴位贴敷对小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法：将小儿支气管肺炎患者82例分为治疗组42例，对照组40例。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用雾化吸入及中药穴位贴敷，比较疗效。结果：治疗组患儿临床恢复时间明显短于对照组（ P﹤0.05），治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用雾化吸入、中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管肺炎有明确疗效。%Objective To observe effect of aerosol inhalation combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Method 82 patients with infantile bronchial pneumonia were divided into the treatment group 42 ca-ses,control group 40 cases. Control group were given conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with atomization inhalation and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied,the curative effect was compared. Results The clinical recovery time of the treatment group was much shorter than that of the control group( P﹤0. 05),the cure rate and total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment combined with atomization inhalation,Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy of infantile bron-chial pneumonia,which has clear curative effect.
