有效的沟通指导在肺功能检查中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨有效的沟通指导在肺功能检查配合困难患者中的完成率以及完成效果的影响。方法:将200例肺功能检查配合困难的门诊及住院患者,按就诊的先后顺序随机分为试验组和对照组,两组各100例。对照组按一般方法即检查人员反复讲解检查的要求和方法,患者按要求随即配合检查;试验组除一般方法外,还给予有效的心理沟通、示范以及动画演示、视频演示等措施,统计完成检查患者的例数、配合程度、检查时间以及质量控制效果。结果:试验组在配合程度、完成率、检查时间、质量控制效果上均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的沟通指导提高了检查成功率,缩短了检查时间,并达到了良好的质量控制标准,增加了肺功能测定结果的准确性,为临床诊断提供了一个准确的依据。%Objective To explore the performance of communication instruction patients with pulmonary function test difficulty by the complete rate and effective. Method 200 cases of pulmonary function test difficulty patients were randomly divided into experimental group( n=100)and control group(n=100 ). The control group according to the general method that patients repeated on inspection requirements and methods,then check as required;The experimental group based on the general method,in addition,given effective psychological communica-tion,model and animation and video presentations. The number of patients completed the examination,cooperation degree,testing time and quality control effect were counted. Results Experimental group in coordination degree,completion,testing time,the quality control effect was superior to control group. The difference between two group was significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Effective communication instruction im-proves the success rate of inspection,Shortens the testing time,And achieves a good quality control standards,the accuracy of the pulmonary function test is Increased,and provides an accurate basis for clinical diagnosis.
