Objective To observe the effects of three different inserting stomach tube methods. Method 102 needed inserting stomach tube patients were selected and divided into three groups. In group A,34 patients were treated by routine intubation. In group B,34 pa-tients were treated by routine intubation combined with paroline lubrication. In group C,34 patients were treated by routine intubation com-bined with dyclonine gel. The effects of the three groups were compared. Results The first time silicon success of group C was higher than other two groups. The adverse reaction extent of group C was lower than other two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Dyclonine gel assistance inserting stomach tube is a simple operation. The effect is significant. It is worth for generalization.%目的：比较三种不同的插胃管方法的临床效果。方法：将需要插胃管的102例患者随机分为三组，A 组34例患者进行常规插管，B 组34例患者采用石蜡油润滑胃管的方法进行插管，C 组34例患者采用吞服达克罗宁凝胶的方法进行插管，比较三组患者的插管成功情况以及对胃管刺激的反应程度。结果：C 组的1次插管成功率明显高于其余两组，且患者对胃管插入刺激的反应程度明显低于其余两组，差异均具统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：采用达克罗宁凝胶协助胃管插管，操作简单、效果显著，值得临床推广。
