Based on the theoretical assumptions about the influencing factors and its influence mecha⁃nism of life satisfaction, this paper analyzes the flowage aims, the expectation for life quality and life satisfaction of migrant workers, and evaluates the influencing factors of life satisfaction by binary Logistic regression accord⁃ing to the third wave survey data of women's social status in China. The result indicates that the main factors af⁃fecting China's migrant workers life satisfaction significantly including income level, living conditions, children education condition and the work environment. Although the majority of migrant workers’pursuits of life quali⁃ty are still content with the material needs, however the migrant workers, especially those with higher level of ed⁃ucation, young age and male, have begun to strive for spiritual satisfaction, including social fair treatment, devel⁃opment prospects and self-realization, etc.%在对流动人口生活满意度的影响因素和影响机理进行理论假设的基础上，利用第三期中国妇女社会地位调查数据，分析了我国农民工的流动目的、生活质量期望和生活满意度，并对生活满意度影响因素进行二元Logistic回归。结果表明，目前显著影响我国农民工生活满意度的主要因素包括收入水平、居住条件、子女受教育条件、劳动环境。尽管多数农民工的生活质量要求尚停留在物质层面需求的满足，但具有较高文化程度、较年轻、特别是男性农民工已经开始追求社会平等待遇、发展前途、自我实现等精神层面需求的满足。
