以硝酸锌和六亚甲基四胺为原料分别配置不同浓度的原始反应液,采用水热法合成了ZnO纳米钉、纳米花和纳米片结构。对3种不同的ZnO纳米结构进行X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜分析、室温光致发光分析和光吸收分析。分析结果表明3种ZnO纳米结构都具有非常好的结晶质量,而ZnO纳米花的光吸收性能最强。%ZnO nanonails , nanoflowers and nanosheets were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3)2・ 6(H2O) and C6H12N4 as original reaction solution with different concentration.Three nanostructures were characterized by XRD ,SEM,PL and UV-visible spectrophotometer .The results indicated that three ZnO nanostructures showed very good crystal quality , and ZnO nanoflowers had the strongest light absorption .
