The joint acute toxicity effect of 2,2′,4,4′-tetra-BDE (BDE-47) and sodium perchlorate (PER) on adult zebrafish was analyzed under the Standard aquatic toxicity determination .The results indicated that BDE47 and PER were low toxicity substance and the combined effects of the two substances exist on adult zebrafish were synergy .The liver of adult zebrafish co-exposed to BDE47 and PER was collected for assaying superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) and catalase ( CAT ) activity. The results showed that the SOD and CAT activities of liver in the co-exposure groups were significantly higher than the single exposure group ,indicating BDE-47 and PER existed combined effect on oxidative stress induced to the liver of adult zebrafish .%采用标准水生生物毒性测定方法研究了2,2′,4,4′-四溴二苯醚(BDE-47)与高氯酸钠(PER)对斑马鱼的联合急性毒性效应。
