炮控系统故障诊断树自动生成技术研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the incompleteness,time-consuming and laborious problems in artificial tree building,an automatic generation technology of fault diagnosis tree is studied and a method of computer aided fault diagnosis approach is explored.Firstly,four key procedures are discussed in detail,which are fault diagnosis information modeling,system structure drawing,database storage and fault diagnosis tree generation.Secondly,a gun control system structure drawing module and a fault diagnosis tree generation module are developed based on VisioVBA software and ACCESS database.Lastly,the automatic genera-tion of fault diagnosis tree is realized through a concrete instance.The result shows that the technology can improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis tree building.%针对人工建立故障诊断树可能存在建树不完全、建树过程费时费力的问题,对故障诊断树自动生成技术进行了研究,开拓了计算机辅助故障诊断的方法途径。首先详细论述了故障诊断树自动生成技术的4个关键步骤,分别是故障诊断信息建模、系统结构图的绘制、数据库的存储和故障诊断树的生成;然后基于 VisioVBA软件和 AC-CESS数据库设计开发了炮控系统结构图绘制模块和故障诊断树生成模块;最后通过一个具体实例实现了故障诊断树的自动生成。结果表明:故障诊断树自动生成技术有助于提高建树的效率和准确率。
