微耕机变速器的振动特性分析--基于 ANSYS Workbench

         

摘要

To analyze the reason for strong vibration of Mini-tiller during operation , carry a vibration analysis on one Mini-tiller ’ s transmission .Establish three-dimensional model of the transmission using UGNX .Imported the three-di-mensional model into ANSYS through the seamless interface between UGNX and ANSYS workbench , and establish finite element model.Modal analysis on the transmission,get natural frequencies and mode shapes of the transmission. According to the numerical simulation analysis , the first natural frequency of the Mini-tiller’s transmission is 346.58Hz during operation , which higher than excitation frequency generated by the engine and rotary knife roll , therefore , the transmission will not produce resonance .%为分析造成微耕机工作过程中振动强烈的原因,对某微耕机的变速器进行振动分析。采用 UGNX 建立该变速器的三维模型,通过UGNX与ANSYS workbench 的无缝接口,将三维模型导入 ANSYS 中建立有限元模型。对变速器进行模态分析,得到变速器的固有频率和振型。数值模拟分析表明:在工作状态下,微耕机变速器的1阶固有频率是346.58Hz,高于发动机和旋耕刀辊产生的激振频率,因此变速器不会产生共振。
