贺兰山三种丝膜菌抗氧化活性的研究

         

摘要

In order to evaluate the antioxidant activity ofCortinariusclaricolor,CortinariuscollinitusandCortinariusmultiformis, the fruiting bodies of the threeCortinariuswere used as material and extracted with ultrasonic methanol,and the extracts were partitioned with petroleum ether,EtOAc and BuOH successively,then the total antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated. The results showed that the total antioxidant activities of EtOAc extracts were higher at the same concentration levels compared with others .So, the ability to scavenge DPPH free radical , hydroxyl free radical and superoxide free radical of EtOAc extracts were evaluated , the results showed that EtOAc extracts ofCortinariusmultiformishad highest activities against free radicals of DPPH and hydroxyl, IC50 is 0.786 g/L and 1.459 g/L ,and EtOAc extracts ofCortinariuscollinitushad highest activities against free radicals of superoxide, IC50 is 0.597 g/L. The results provided theoretical basis for the further separation of antioxidant active components from theCortinarius.%研究贺兰山亮色丝膜菌(Cortinarius claricolor)、粘柄丝膜菌(Cortinarius collinitus)、米黄丝膜菌(Cortinarius multiformis)的抗氧化活性,以丝蘑菌子实体为原料,通过甲醇提取后,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,测定总抗氧化能力.测定结果显示,在同一质量浓度水平下,这3种丝膜菌的总抗氧化能力均是乙酸乙酯相最强,进一步测定了乙酸乙酯相清除 DPPH自由基能力、抑制羟基自由基能力及抗超氧阴离子自由基能力.结果表明:3种丝膜菌乙酸乙酯相具有清除自由基的能力,其中,米黄丝膜菌乙酸乙酯相清除DPPH自由基能力、羟基自由基能力最强,IC50值分别为0.786 g/L和1.459 g/L,粘柄丝膜菌清除超氧阴离子自由基能力最强,IC50值为0.597 g/L,试验结论为进一步分离抗氧化活性成分和这3种丝膜菌的开发利用提供理论依据.
