The existing radar display terminals have the problems of single function, limited operation of the interface and so on, influencing the expansion of the operating function of radar display terminal. Therefore, this paper comes up with a new implementation of radar display terminal based on ArcGIS Engine, which can built the function of GIS into the display terminal and process and display the target point data by using the symbolic meth-od. By practice it is shown that this method proposed can display the target location information more intuitively and flexibly, and meanwhile, the rich map operating method provided by ArcGIS Engine module can shorten the development cycle of the program, and improve the work efficiency of programming personnel, possessing a very high project application value.%雷达显示终端功能单一、界面操作局限性大等问题影响了雷达终端界面操作功能的拓展。为此，提出一种基于ArcGIS Engine的雷达显示终端的实现方法，将地理信息系统的功能嵌入到雷达显示终端中，并使用符号化的方法对目标点迹数据进行处理和显示。实践表明，该方法能够更加直观、灵活地显示目标位置信息，同时，ArcGIS Engine组件所提供的丰富的地图操作方法可有效缩短程序的开发周期，提高编程人员的工作效率，具有很高的工程应用价值。
