为了培养高技能士官人才，对军校士官装备教学存在的教学装备少、人均实习时间少、学员基础薄弱等主要问题进行了分析，提出了多型装备教学、模拟训练和教学目标分解的对策。%To train sergeant talents with high skills, this article deals with main problems in equipment teaching for military academy sergeants, which refers to the less teaching equipment, little practice time per capita and cadets’weak fundamentals, and raises the corresponding countermeasures including teaching of multi-type equipment, simulated training and decomposition of teaching objectives.
