某型地面雷达可靠性设计方法研究

         

摘要

The level of radar’s reliability has a direct impact on its quality. In terms of the special application of a certain remote phased-array ground radar and based on the conventional reliability design method of ground radars, and by combining with the theoretic analysis, this paper employs a few special schemes for the reliability design ,such as the designs of EMC, heat, three protections and etc., which can boost the reliability level of this radar effectively, and offer a certain guidance and reference for the reliability design of other types of ground radars.%雷达的可靠性水平直接影响着产品的质量。针对某远程相控阵地面雷达的特殊应用条件,基于地面雷达常规可靠性设计方法,结合理论分析,采用了电磁兼容设计、热设计、“三防”设计等特殊的可靠性设计方法,有效地提高了该雷达的可靠性水平,对其他型号地面雷达的可靠性设计具有一定的指导作用和参考价值。
