综述了DNA条码、分子标记、液相色谱技术等分子生物技术在金银花中的应用,并简述了金银花组培快繁技术、金银花功能基因克隆情况,为更深入地开展金银花研究奠定理论基础.%The application of molecular biology techniques such as DNA barcodes,molecular markers and liquid chromatography techniques in Lonicera japonica was reviewed.The rapid propagation of Lonicera japonica tissue culture and the cloning of functional genes of Lonicera japonica were briefly described,which lays a theoretical foundation for the further study of Lonicera japonica.
