The Belt and Road initiative under the background of China,along with countries in two,actively carry out agricultural industry docking multilateral mechanisms,expanding areas of cooperation.Jiangsu Province is a big province of agricultural exports,although achieved good results,but the foreign trade of agricultural products still exists many problems:the total import and export volume has increased year by year.But the trade deficit is serious;value-added processing degree and the international competitiveness of export of agricultural products is relatively low;trade barriers become a major obstacle to the foreign trade of agricultural products in Jiangsu province;the government policy support for agriculture is not enough,the influence of agricultural products into the international market.Therefore,Jiangsu Province will face the problem properly this treatment has great value for the development of more efficient to promote agricultural products import and export trade in the background of a road area strategy.%“一带一路”倡议背景下,我国与沿线国家在双、多边机制下积极开展农业领域产业对接,合作领域不断拓展.分析了作为农业出口大省的江苏省农产品对外贸易存在的问题,如进出口总额逐年递增,但贸易逆差严重;出口农产品的加工增值程度及国际竞争力较低;贸易壁垒成为江苏省农产品对外贸易的主要障碍;政府政策对农业支持力度不够,影响农产品进军国际市场等.同时提出相关对策建议,以妥善处理这些问题.这对更高效地推动农产品进出口贸易在“一带一路”战略背景下的发展拥有巨大的价值.
