基于可更新资源的太阳能值,对农用地面积进行标准修正,采用超效率DEA方法,对2014年张家口市农地利用经济效率进行了评价.结果表明:张家口市农地利用经济效率整体水平不高,平均效率值为0.79;总体来看投入要素存在冗余,平均每个决策单元分别节约投入标准农用地47 856.07 hm2、劳动力22 482.16人、机械动力92 062.13万kW·h、化肥4 965.98 t,也可以实现当前的产出水平;就各个区县采看,要素投入改进方案存在明显差异.%Based on the solar energy value of renewable resources,standard of agricultural land area was revised,then super-efficiency DEA was adopted to evaluate the agriculture land use economic efficiency in Zhangjiakou City in 2014.The results demonstrated that:The average agriculture land use efficiency in Zhangjiakou City was lower,only 0.79;There were excess input elements in agriculture land use.If the average decision making unit saves 47 856.07 hm2 of standard farmland,22.482 thousand labors,920 621.3 thousand kW · h of total power of machine,and 4 965.98 t of fertilizer,the current level of output can also be achieved;In each district county,there were obvious differences in improvement schemes.
