In this paper,necessity of introducing CBL and TBL teaching methods to food major in university was thoroughly analyzed.Based on the nature of food major,the essential idea of the combined professing mode was discussed,as well as the advantages and the problems of the new teaching mode in the course of food major.%分析了在高校食品专业本科教学中引入CBL与TBL的必要性,同时结合食品专业特点,探讨了2种教学方法相结合的基本思路和实施细节,并提出了新模式的优点以及在食品专业教学实施过程中应注意的问题.
