[Objective] The aim was to study contact toxicity activity of purslane ethanol extract on corn leaf aphid under different conditions. [Method] Using single factor and orthogonal test,the mortality rate and adjusted mortality of purslane ethanol extract on corn leaf aphid under dif-ferent concentration,temperature and time were studied.[Result] The results showed that under the conditions of concentration 100 mg/mL,tem-perature 30℃and time 48 h,the contact toxicity activity of purslane ethanol extract was the highest.Extract concentration was the key factor influ-encing the contact toxicity activity,followed by temperature and time factor.[Conclusion] The study provides theoretical basis for development of vegetable insecticide with purslane as raw material.%[目的]探究不同条件下马齿苋乙醇提取物对玉米蚜的触杀活性.[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验,研究不同浓度、温度和时间条件下马齿苋提取物对玉米蚜的死亡率和校正死亡率.[结果]提取物浓度为100 mg/mL、温度为30℃、时间为48 h时马齿苋提取物对玉米蚜的触杀活性最高.提取物浓度对马齿苋触杀活性影响最大,其次为温度和处理时间因素.[结论]试验结果为开发以马齿苋为原料的植物性杀虫剂提供了理论依据.
