[目的]探索闪蒸不同文氏管构型和蒸汽流量下的梗丝膨胀效果.[方法]设计双因素试验,考察文氏管构型和蒸汽流量对梗丝膨胀率以及干燥后梗丝结构的影响.[结果]文氏管构型压缩比越小,梗丝膨胀率以及干燥后梗丝填充性能越高,对干燥后梗丝结构无显著影响;蒸汽流量越小,干燥后梗丝整丝率越高,碎丝率越低.[结论]该研究可为提高梗丝的加工质量提供参考.%[Objective]To research the effect of venturi tube structure and steam flow on the expansion of stem silk.[Method] The impact of venturi tube structure and steam flow on the expansion of stem silk and dried stem silk structure was investigated by a two-factor test.[Result] The venturi configuration compression ratio is smaller,the higher the stem stem silk expansion and filling properties after drying, but had no significant effect on stem silk structure after drying.Steam flow is smaller, the higher the rate of complete stem silk and the lower the rate of broken stem silk after drying.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for improving processing quality of stem silk.
