正交设计优化超临界二氧化碳萃取芜荽籽油的工艺

         

摘要

[Objective] To extract coriander seed oil from Xinjiang by using supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (SFE-CO2) and optimize the process.[Method] With coriander seeds from Xinjiang as research object,using SFE-CO2,with extraction yield of coriander seed oil as indicator,the effects of particle size of raw material,type and volume of carrying reagent,extraction pressure,temperature,time and separation temperature on the extraction yield of coriander seed oil were studied by using single factor experiment.The technical parameters for extracting coriander seed oil by SFE-CO2 were selected,then effects of extraction pressure,temperature,time and separation temperature on the extraction yield of coriander seed oil were mainly discussed by using four factors three levels orthogonal experiment design,so as to optimize the extraction conditions.[Result] The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 20 MPa,temperature 55 ℃,time 60 min,and separation temperature 30 ℃.The oil yield was 14.99% under the above condition,and the extract oil of coriander seed from Xinjiang had a pleasant aroma.[Conclusion] The established SFE-CO2 for extracting coriander seed oil from Xinjiang can provide scientific basis for development and utilization of Xinjiang natural resources,as well as the secondary development of Uighur medicine.%[目的]采用超临界二氧化碳技术萃取新疆地产的芫荽籽油,并对其工艺进行优化.[方法]以新疆地产芫荽籽为研究对象,采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,以芫荽籽油的提取率为指标,先利用单因素试验,分别考察了原料粒度、携带剂种类、携带荆用量、萃取压力、温度、时间以及分离温度7个因素对芫荽籽油收率的影响,筛选了超临界二氧化碳萃取芫荽籽油的工艺参数,然后用4因素3水平正交试验设计,重点探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间以及分离温度对芫荽籽油收率的影响,优化超临界二氧化碳萃取芫荽籽油工艺.[结果]研究表明,超临界二氧化碳萃取新疆芫荽籽油较适宜的工艺条件为:以料液比为1∶0.6的乙醇作为携带剂,萃取压力为20 MPa,萃取温度为55℃,萃取时间为60 min,分离温度为30℃,油脂提取率可达14.99%,得到具有怡人芳香气味的芫荽籽油.[结论]研究建立了新疆芫荽籽油超临界二氧化碳萃取工艺,可为新疆自然资源的开发利用和维吾尔药的二次开发提供科学依据.
