原子吸收光谱法测定植烟土壤中交换性钙镁含量

         

摘要

Objective] The determination method of the content of exchangeable calcium and magnesium in tobacco growing soil with atomic absorption spectrometry was established.[Method] The weight of sample, liquid volume in sample, extraction method in the process of sample extraction, and the volume of strontium chloride in testing were analyzed. The adaptability of different pH values to sample and the stability, precision and accuracy of the testing method were also investigated.[Results] The optimal experimental condition was as follows: 1.00g soil sample was added with 200 mL ammonium acetate solution, then, the mixture was shaken, shocked in a constant temperature oscillator for 1h, and finally, placed in an ultrasonic ultrasound for 30min.20 mL of the solution drawn were put into 50 mL volumetric flask, then, 5 mL stron-tium chloride solution were add, the mixture was diluted to required mark with ammonium acetate solution, and finally, it was determined after shaked.[Condusion] The results showed that the operation of this method was simple and its testing data was with high accuracy, good stability and high precision.This method could be applied to determine the exchangeable calcium and magnesium contents in tobacco growing area.%[目的]建立利用原子吸收光谱法测定植烟土壤中交换性钙镁含量的方法。[方法]对提取过程中样品质量、提取液体积和提取方式,氯化锶加入量进行了试验,同时考察了不同 pH 样品的适用性,方法的稳定性、精密度和准确度。[结果]最佳试验条件:将1.00 g土壤样品加入200 mL 乙酸铵溶液,摇匀,放入恒温振荡器中振荡1 h,置于超声波中超声30 min。吸取20 mL 试液于50 mL 容量瓶中,加入5 mL 氯化锶溶液,用乙酸铵溶液稀释至刻度,摇匀后测定。[结论]该方法操作简单,测定结果准确可靠,稳定性好,精密度高,适用性广,适用于植烟土壤中交换性钙镁含量的测定。
