高职园林专业女生就业能力培养研究

         

摘要

笔者通过对台州科技职业学院园林专业女生近5年就业情况的实证分析,发现这个群体的就业形势并不乐观,缺乏职业生涯规划,专业素质基础不够扎实,对专业岗位的认识存在偏差以及就业心理较为消极等问题普遍存在。为解决以上问题,需要社会、学校、学生个人从相关法律法规的制定、课程设置和个人素质提升等多方面共同努力。%Based on the empirical analysis of the alumnae employment status in recent five years in Landscape Architecture Specialty in Taizhou Vocational College of Science & Technology, it was found out that alumnae was hard to get jobs, due to the problems of lacking career planning, unsolid professional quality foundation, understanding deviation in professional posts, and passive mentality of employment psychol-ogy.In order to solve these problems, joint efforts should be made in many aspects, such as curriculum setting, the enhancement of personal quality, and the establishment of relevant laws and regulations by society, school and student.
