土地整治是落实国土开发战略的有力抓手。为有针对性地实施土地整治活动，需对土地整治进行科学分区。从国土开发战略、自然生态条件、社会经济状况、土地整治潜力4个方面选择10个指标构建分区指标体系，借助SPSS软件运用系统聚类法得到土地整治分区结果。通过分析，将河南省土地整治分为城市化地区、矿产资源开发集中区、农产品主产区、重要生态功能区4个土地整治区，同时针对不同的整治分区提出相应的整治重点和方向，以此作为土地整治实施的空间依据。%Land regulation is the powerful gripper of the land development strategy implementation .It will be needed to develop the scientific partition for conducting the land regulation clearly aimed.This paper chooses 10 indicators from the land development strategy, the natural eco-logical conditions, the socioeconomic status and the Land reclamation potential four aspects to build the index system , and then uses the system clustering method to obtain the partition results by SPSS .In conclusion, Henan Province will be divided into four classes: urbanization areas, mineral resources development clusters, major production regions and the key ecological function areas.The paper puts forward different propos-als of the land regulation priority and orientation for different regulation partition, the results will be the spatial basis of land regulation.
