竹荪多糖的抑菌活性研究

         

摘要

[Objective]The research aimed to provided a theoretical basis for the development and the utilization of Diclyophom. [Method] Dictyophora polysaccharides were separated and purified by DEAE - cellulose column chromatography. And the bacteriostasis effects were measured by antimicrobial ring diameter. The bacteriostasis effects of polysaccharides from Dictyophora were studied. [ Result ] Dictyophora polysaccharides had antimicrobial ring for Aspergillus niger, Penicillium oxalicum,Bacillus subtilis ,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the antimicrobial ring diameters for fungus were greater than that for bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Aspergillus niger, Penicillium oxalicum and Staphylococcus aureus was 2. 50 mg/ml, and that of Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was 5. 00 nig/ml. [ Conclusion ] Dictyophora polysaccharides had inhibitory effect, for Aspergillus niger, Penicillium oxalicum, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and the inhibitory effect was stronger for fungus than that for bacteria.%[目的]为竹荪的开发利用提供理论依据.[方法]采用DEAE-纤维素柱层析法分离纯化竹荪多糖,用抑菌圈法测定竹荪多糖的抑菌效果,研究竹荪多糖的体外抑菌活性.[结果]将含有竹荪多糖的纸片置于涂布黑曲霉、草酸青霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的平板上,均出现抑菌圈,且真菌的抑菌圈直径大于细菌的抑菌圈直径;竹荪多糖对5种菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为2.50、2.50、5.00、5.00、2.50 mg/ml.[结论]竹荪多糖对黑曲霉、草酸青霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用,且对真菌,的抑制作用强于细菌.
