农村干部健康水平监控体系的构建与运行以中国现阶段的体育核心价值观和新农村体育事业的改革与发展要求为理论基础,以当前农村干部的体育活动现状、健康状况、生命质量为实践基础.农村干部健康水平监控体系由5个子系统构成,监控体系的运行方式主要包括确定目标与明确目标责任、建立健康评价指标体系、统计与测量、评价、反馈与调控5项工作.%The theory foundation of constructing and executing health level monitoring system,whose practice base was the fact of activity,health and life quality of rural cadres,based on the core value of sports in now China and reform and development requirements of sports in new countryside.The monitoring system was consisted of five subsystems.Its execution methods included five aspects which were determining the target and clearing target responsibility,constructing health evaluation index system,doing statistics and measuring,evaluating,feeding back and regulating.
