基因流是影响植物种群遗传结构的重要因子,其对于濒危植物的保护研究有重要意义.松科植物作为重要的造林绿化树种,有着巨大的生态和经济价值,但由于人为的干扰破坏,近年来松科的很多属种已濒临灭绝.文中通过对国内外松科植物基因流的测量方法及研究进展进行总结讨论,以期对今后的松科植物繁育保护工作起到一定的帮助.%Gene flow is one of the most crucial factors shaping the genetic structure of population,which is important to the endangered plants conservation.As the main silvicultural tree species,Pinaceae has a great value on ecology and economy.But with interference and damage by human,many species of Pinaceae are endangered.The research progress of measurement methods for Pinaceae gene flow was summarized,so as to give a reference for breeding and protection of Pinaceae plants in the future.
