基于轮毂电机驱动的电动微耕机机架设计与分析

         

摘要

[Objective] To design a electric micro-farming machine which is proper for the operating mode and functional requirements.[Method] ANSYS sofiware was used to conduct finite-element analysis.According to proper structure size and actual working condition,three-dimensional model was established.Through force analysis and frame finite-element analysis,working capacity and structure parameters were determined.The machine entity was manufactured and relevant verification was conducted.[Result] Through finite-element analysis,effective data for the machine frame was obtained.According to optimal design parameters,machine entity was manufactured.After verification,new designed machine structure could satisfy various operating demands.[Conclusion] The study can provide a theoretical basis for optimal design of electric micro-farming machines frame based on the in-wheel motor.%[目的]设计适合设施农业用电动微耕机作业工况及功能要求的机具.[方法]应用ANSYS软件对机架进行有限元分析,按照适合高效设施农业作业的结构尺寸和实际工作条件,建立耕机机架三维模型,进行旋耕受力分析和机架有限元分析.通过分析与计算,确定其工作受力和结构参数,并制作机架实体,进行相关试验验证.[结果]通过有限元分析,得到了机架有效数据.根据优化设计参数制作了机架实体.经试验验证,新设计的机架结构可满足各种工况需求.[结论]该研究为进一步的轮毂电机驱动的微型农机具结构优化设计提供了理论依据.
