苦荞是我国西部地区重要的集营养与保健于一体的药食同源的粮食作物.总结了近年来苦荞新型产品的开发现状与新技术的应用,对存在的问题进行了探讨,以期为苦荞资源的合理利用提供参考.%Tartary buckwheat is the important crop with homology of medicine and food and effect of nutrient and health at western region of China.The exploitation status and application of new technology of new products of tartary buckwheat in recent years were reviewed.The existing problems were discussed,hoping to provide a reference to rational utilization of tartary buckwheat.
